1. What the service does

submitnow provides a web UI that helps you send IndexNow submissions to the Bing IndexNow endpoint. We do not provide user accounts.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Submit only URLs that you control or are authorized to submit
• Provide accurate information (such as host, key, and URL list)
• Comply with applicable laws and the requirements of IndexNow/Bing

3. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (for example, automated flooding)
• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security measures, or access non-public areas

4. Third-party services

When you submit an IndexNow request, we send your request to Bing. Third-party services (such as Bing and analytics/email providers) may process data according to their own terms and policies.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, and we may update these terms from time to time.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that submissions will be accepted, indexed, or processed by Bing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
